Microsoft Office365 Message Limit Now 150MB Was 25MB

We have a few clients that need a larger attachment size than the 25MB limit in Office365 when sending email. This new enhancement should answer their needs.

The 25MB message limit could be reached with a few attachments creating the need to send multiple emails, zipping up the files, or using other services.

Now with the 150MB Message limit, this should take care of most users needs.

You have the option to control this for each user in the Admin Center

EXCHANGE ADMIN CENTER>USERS>ACTIVE USERS
Check the user
Right side menu  EDIT EXCHANGE PROPERTIES

The MAILBOX FEATURES> Scroll down to Message Size Restrictions. Click VIEW DETAILS

Looks like the default is set to about 35MB
