As soon as the attached jpegs were removed from signatures, emails were able to be received by the receiving party.
There are even cases where the domain was being blocked.
Where a signature with JPEG's attached with logos of your business or affiliations would have no issues sending one day suddenly will not be accepted by some servers the next.
Purchasing an email signature service will not 100% guarantee that your signatures will be immune to email sending issues. You have many devices today for the signature to be attached.
