Dynamics365 to group ERP and CRM tightly with Office365

Microsoft is finally bringing together their flagship CRM/ERP offerings called Dynamics365 with tight integration into the 365 family.

This will make the Dynamics365 more easily adoptable within the Office365 services offering panel. Previously DynamicsERP and DynamicsCRM were separate and not as integrated as Microsoft will now make them. Also 3rd party software vendors will be able to create add-on's and connectors the 365 API's (Application Programming Interface)

Dynamics365 will allow smaller businesses to adopt what I see as an excellent business management software package inside an already familiar 365 interface. Giving small and mid market business access to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relation Management) are two important tools for business intelligence.

Monthly or yearly billing yet to be worked out. Once billing is set, our advice would be to give yearly licenses to your core employees and use monthly plans for more flexible positions.

Along with just released Microsoft Planner, 365 is becoming a powerful set of applications to manage and run your business to the next level
