Try and remove Office 2011 for MAC OSX

Came across one of our clients personal computer with an Outlook 2011 corruption.

Opening outlook caused a long cryptic error log output

So we researched uninstall re-install or a repair install as these are common on the PC side.

Wooah ! an 11 Step KB article to uninstall Office 2011 ! Not for the faint at heart.

Especially pay attention to Step 10  - Move your USER DATA FOLDER to the desktop.

This is where your email data file is stored. You should be able to drop this back in place. After re-installing office.

Hopefully your user data folder is healthy, or back to square one ! Get a cup of coffee or a beer and relax. Read twice and cut once.
